Frage zur Ereichbarkeit Meines PC aus den Internet bei Internetverbindung übers Mobilfunknetz?

Grüße, Ich habe meinen Internetanschluss übers Mobilfunknetz (Vodafone), nun bekomme ich IP Adressen aus dem Privaten IP Adressbereich zugewiesen (die im Internet ungültig sind) und sitze bei meinem Provider auch noch hinter einem transparenten Proxy der das Problem noch verstärkt, so das ich das internet zwar erreiche aber niemand meinen PC aus dem Internet, so das meine Freunde meinen PC nicht erreichen (Serverdienste sind so nicht möglich). Ich benötige z.b. eine VPN verbindung zu einem Server im Internet der immer erreichbar ist und dies Anfragen dann zu meinem PC weiterleitet, so das ich für meine Freunde erreichbar bin, quasi über einen kleinen Umweg.
Kennt jemand so einen dienst (nach möglichkeit kostenlos) der sowas anbiedet oder eine ganz andere Lösung?

Why does facebook now think my laptop has a different IP address?

I have logged into facebook as usual from my own laptop this morning. But I have received e-mails saying that I have logged in from a new IP address. It is me logging in, as the times match. But does this mean something has been done to my computer without my knowledge or is it likely to be a fault at Facebook?
