Hi,
Here is my 2nd post to the forums - hopefully someone has seen this before and has a solution.
I can successfully use the BB as a tethered modem (which is just great). All works perfect for getting internet access.
However, when I try to VPN into my office - it always fails.
It's a very simple PPTP server at the office end, and it definitely works with all the same settings (on the XP box) as I test with a dialup internet connection and all is perfect on that link.
So, I wonder what the story is with the BB service and not being able to get the VPN access.
Is there an easy switch that needs to be set? I'm with Optus (Australia).
VPN connection seems to start conversation but then fails (I can't get to see any logs from the router becuase it's quite a dumb little router). It's a Win Error 619.
