What brand of hungry baby milk is more filling?

My little girl is nearly one month old and is on sma hungry baby milk but it doesn't seem to be settling her, should I change her milk?. She won't stop crying I think either she has colic ( but I have tried the exercises) and that didn't settle her or she's just still really hungry. I just fed her and she's still crying, she has 4oz every 3-4 hours, but she is always hungry about 1-2 hours after and i dont want to over feed her. I don't know what to do, does anyone have any advice?
