Qualcuno mi consiglia un buon convertitore di video per iPad?

ho bisogno di un video conveter per iPad , qualche tempo fa ne ho trovato uno ma era penoso!!! non si sentiva niente! tutto un rumore terribbile!! vi prego mi serve un convertitore che dia un audio ottima e non penosa ma senza tralasciare la qualità del video per favore... conto su tutti :)
