What does it mean if you discover a secret about someone else in a dream?

Last night,I dreamed that my boss at work told me a secret about the lady who I fancy at work.In the dream,the boss told me that this woman has leukaemia and has to go to the hospital twice a week.The boss then put on a shocked expression after she told me this.
I know this is not true in real life,as the woman in question is the picture of health.
But,what does a dream like this mean?
